I've worked with the Opera developer toolbar, but I prefer Firefox's. Opera's is a bit clunky, not as full-featured, and it's difficult to uninstall. I use Opera as my primary browser (surfing), but when I'm doing development work, Firefox is usually my first choice when previewing in ExWeb or Dreamweaver...
