How to change the layout to suit your preferences.

Don't worry the default layout in Expresion Web doesn't suit the way you work.

It is easy to customize for your preferences. Even though I have a 1400x1050 screen it is on a tablet pc as a result I tend to work in protrait mode and only have 1050 available. At that resolution a two column layout is better suited since you cannot easily hide and open task pane groups.

They can be floated or docked on any side of interface by clicking and holding in the title bar of the task pane. A four direction arrow/cross hair will appear and drag the task pane to the location of your choice.

If you are lucky enough to have multiple monitors you can drag the task panes to another monitor to free up space on your primary monitor.
